We promote and encourage the change towards more natural refrigerants

The decline of F-Gas

Because we care about the future of our planet, we have for some time encouraged the use of sustainable refrigerants while prioritising a reduced use of polluting gases.

With the Montreal- and Kyoto protocols, the EU wants to mitigate climate change by reducing the greenhouse effect and emissions of substances that are harmful to the ozone layer. Among the measurements are the EUs regulations in the F-gas regulation on the use of hydrofluorocarbons, or HFCs, the use of which requires an obligation to certify and register in a digital register.

As HFCs are also widely used in commercial refrigeration, Arneg supports institutions working towards a progressive reduction in its use.

Therefore, we have obtained the F-Gas FLI certification, which qualifies us for the use of substances necessary for the maintenance of HFC systems, it gives us a leading role in the gradual reduction and the EU target of a reduction of 80% by 2030.
